Tentative Meeting Schedule

We're still developing our meeting schedule but, for the time being, it will go something like this:

Monday, June 21 - Wednesday, June 24
- Pre-meeting field trips

Thursday, June 24 - ANNUAL MEETING BEGINS
- Convene, register and mingle at the annual meeting hotel
- 8:00 pm: Brief opening presentation at the hotel and discussion of Friday's field site options

Friday, June 25
- 8:00 am:Convene at the hotel before a full day of field excursions
- 5:00 pm: Picnic barbecue supper (at a site to be determined)

Saturday, June 26
- 8:00 am: Group photo at the hotel
- 8:30 am: DSA business meeting and presentations
- 12:00 - 1:30pm: Lunch
- 1:30 - 5pm: Continue presentations
- 7:30pm: Convene at hotel for discussion of Sunday's field site options
- 8pm: Evening Somatochlora and Neurocordulia hunting

Sunday, June 27 - ANNUAL MEETING'S FINAL DAY
- 8:00 am: Convene at hotel for field excursions

Monday, June 28 - Wednesday, June 30
- Post-meeting field trips
